This Lash Primer enhances the volume and length of lashes prior to applying mascara.  It may also be used as a strengthening treatment for lashes and eyebrows.

The blinc Lash Primer is dye-free and does not contain any fumes or fragrances to sting or irritate the eyes. 

It has anti-inflammatory and healing properties and is enriched with nourishing Vitamin E which replenishes and augments the level of Vitamin B5 in lashes and eyebrows.
